Aino Aalto (1894-1949) was a Finnish designer known for her work in glassware and architecture. She is most famous for her glassware collection with Iittala, which was originally named Bölgeblick. Her designs emphasised simplicity, functionality and a focus on natural materials. She collaborated closely with her husband, Alvar Aalto, in shaping modern Finnish design.
