Rare vintage Gustavsberg Linnea set of breakfast bowl and plate. Designed by Stig Lindberg, Sweden 1960s. Bowl in very good vintage condition, plate has wear and signs of use.
Dimensions: Bowl diameter 17 cm, height 4.5 cm. Plate diameter 21 cm.
Stig Lindberg (1916-1982) was a prominent Swedish designer known for his work in ceramics and textiles. As artistic director at the Gustavsberg porcelain factory, he created many iconic designs such as the "Berså" pattern. Marked by clean lines, vibrant colours and organic forms, his work is a key example of Swedish modernism and his legacy remains influential in Scandinavian design.
