Very rare vintage Gustavsberg turquoise stoneware teapot with brass and teak handle on stand. Designed by Stig Lindberg, Sweden 1960s. In very good vintage condition, underside of teapot and stand signed with studio hand and impressed with maker's stamp respectively.

Stig Lindberg (1916-1982) was a prominent Swedish designer known for his work in ceramics and textiles. As artistic director at the Gustavsberg porcelain factory, he created many iconic designs such as the "Berså" pattern. Marked by clean lines, vibrant colours and organic forms, his work is a key example of Swedish modernism and his legacy remains influential in Scandinavian design.
